Shipping and Exchange
How physical study materials from FreshLensIAS reach you, and when an exchange is possible.
What this covers
This policy applies to physical products ordered from FreshLensIAS, such as printed current affairs compilations, magazines and other study materials. Digital products, including online courses, test series and reading access on our portals, are delivered online and involve no shipping.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days for most locations in India, and can take a little longer for remote areas. We currently ship within India only.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared on the email you used while ordering. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
Delivery delays
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and local disruptions can occasionally extend them. If your order is significantly delayed, write to us and we will follow up with the courier.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct while ordering. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping it may involve an additional charge.
Return and exchange
If your order arrives damaged, has missing or misprinted pages, or you receive the wrong item, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
You can also return or exchange an item for any other reason within 7 days of delivery. How returns and refunds work is described in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
