This policy describes what information freshlensias.com collects and how it is used. FreshLensIAS collects only what is needed to run the website and its member features.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. This is used to create and operate your free member account.
- Contact messages — the name, email and message you submit through the contact form, used only to reply to you.
- Session cookie — a cookie that keeps you logged in during your visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How information is used and shared
Your information is used to operate the website, deliver member content and respond to you. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Three services are involved in running the site: Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), our hosting provider, and — for the clippings feature — an AI service that processes newspaper clipping images uploaded by the FreshLensIAS team (not by members). Purchases and payments happen on the separate course portal at courses.freshlensias.com and are covered by the policies presented there.
Your choices
You can use the website without an account. To have your account or messages deleted, or for any privacy question, write to admin@freshlens.in.
