Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases of FreshLensIAS programmes and publications are made on the course portal at courses.freshlensias.com. Because every programme is digital and becomes available immediately after payment, purchases are final.
No refunds after purchase
Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is issued. Please read the programme page carefully, and write to us with any question, before you buy.
Exceptional cases
We will consider a refund only in exceptional circumstances — for example, a duplicate payment for the same programme, or a payment charged where access to the programme was never provided. Each request is reviewed individually and the decision rests with FreshLensIAS.
To raise such a request, write to admin@freshlens.in from the email address used at purchase, mentioning the programme and the order details. Requests are acknowledged within 2 working days, and any approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
